Anchor Design & Renovation is a husband-and-wife owned home renovations business built on the belief that exceptional spaces begin with a unified vision.Founded in 2018, serving Houston Texas and the surrounding areas they offer their expertise of an experienced contractor with the creative direction of an interior designer.
We provide a seamless approach to home renovation, from initial concept and design through construction and final details. We are committed to thoughtful design, quality workmanship, an attention to detail. We transform spaces that reflect the style and needs of each client to be lived in, loved and enjoyed for years to come.

Alfredo Loredo
With a strong foundation in the construction industry, Alfredo began his career in roofing sales, where he gained valuable experience working closely with homeowners and developed a deep understanding of quality, trust and dependable service. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to provide a more personal approach to home improvement, he founded ANCHOR Design & Renovations in 2018.
Dedicated to both his family and his work, Alfredo brings the same values of commitment, integrity, patience and hard work into every project. He believes that homes is more than just a structure— It is where families build their lives and create lasting memories. Above all he is committed to providing quality craftsmanship and creating spaces that families are proud to call home.

Texas Ranch Bathroom Renovation
Set within a charming Texas country ranch home, this bathroom, renovation was designed to honor the character of the home while introducing an eclectic, collected feel. The combination of texture, pattern and color gives the space personality without taking away from its relaxed ranch-home roots.Where old country character meets thoughtful modern design.

Houston Heights Exterior Renovation
Located in the historic Houston Heights, this exterior renovation was inspired by the character, craftsmanship, and personality that have defined the neighborhood for more than a century. The Heights is known for its charming turn of the century homes and architectural styles. We wanted to preserve that sense of history while giving the homes a fresh and vibrant identity.
Custom-Built Porch
Project 03
Located in the Memorial area of Houston Texas, this custom back porch was designed and handcrafted to create a beautiful extension of the home’s outdoor living space. Every element of the structure was thoughtfully built on-site, from the substantial columns and exposed architectural beams to the detailed gable for that gives the porch its distinctive character.

Daisy is a visionary who brings creativity, warmth and intention to every space she designs. She has always had a passion for transforming homes into beautiful cozy spaces that feel personal, welcoming and truly lived in. As a loving wife and mama to 4 kids, she understands the importance of creating a home that is not only beautiful, but also functional for everyday family life.
She has an appreciation for spaces that feel collected, timeless, and full of character. With a thoughtful eye for detail and a genuine love for creating, Daisy works closely with each client to understand their vision and bring it to life in the way that feels uniquely their own.
